I was very happy with Liz for many years but recently she cut my pup so close under her neck that I had to take her to my Vet for medication to heal it up. I was charged for grooming and then had to pay for Vet visit. I wasn't TOLD this happened or given an apology or a response to my moving my business to someone else due to their lack of concern!!! To me, that says a lot about the lack of integrity of this shop!!!
I can't say enough good things about Liz Sechrist and The Dog Spot. She has been grooming my dogs since she opened. I was referred to her by my vet and you can't get a better recommendation that that. Even though I have moved to Atlanta I still make special trips home so that she can continue to groom my fur babies. I don't trust anyone else.
