I dealt with the PA Dr. Dennis. She was rude and hateful and made assumptions about the type of person I was. I will NEVER see her again. She profiles patients and it is unethical. I spoke to the manager who spoke to her and she said " I wish she would have told me that's how she felt." Which I did. I told her multiple times that she was being rude to me and she just kept lashing out.
I found that they are not truly interested in the what is best for their patients. I moved from another state and thought that I would use this facility as my primary care provider. I understand that it is a controlled substance but I have been it for a while. Now I have been without my meds for almost a month now because they refuse to fill it. Who do you think you are taking people off of medications and you have only met them once. If it was that big of issue they should have done the blood work and retested if I needed it or not before taking me off of it. I walked around for over a week sick at my stomach with a horrible headache. I would not recommend anyone that moves here from another location, find someone else.
I love this place! I have had the best service 2 different times I went. The first time I had an apt and was in the back within 10 minutes. They told me exactly what I needed and Also sent my medications promptly. The 2nd time I went I was a walk in and they still got me to the back fast with no problems. Everyone is very welcoming and Really Nice. Thank You All!
This entire office is incompetent and rude. The pediatrician there refuses to listen to her parents, the adult drs there take time to actually try and understand a problem, mid diagnose people, try to get refills on meds and you ALWAYS get a machine and told it can take 72 hours for someone to help. Pray your not in dire need of important meds you'll die before they get to you.
