Amazing furniture company. I stopped by one day to just look around and get some ideas. Was met by I think her name was Angie. She was so helpful and so nice. I didn't buy anything that day because I needed to talk things over with my fiancé. She is the person I will go back too. Can't wait to redo our space with her help!
I was just getting ideas and price comparisons. But everyone was very friendly and helpful. Angie was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to help you with all your furniture needs. I will definitely ask for her when I'm ready to make a purchase.
I've purchase more furniture from Turner's in the last year than I have during a short time span. It's very hard to find genuine customer service. This experience with Turner's was awesome. Originally, I had decided to eliminate my business with Turner's until I met Angie Kendrick. She provide me with the best customer service; she went above and beyond my expectations to provide assistance. Then, it went further with the delivery team, Tovokyo Adams and Chance Smith are the best delivery team I've encountered with any deliveries. I wanted to make sure I remembered their names. Turner's, they (Tovokyo and Chance) provided excellent service. My home was set up nicely when they finished. Angie, Tovokyo and Chance are the reasons I'll be doing more shopping within the next few months with Turner's. Thank you for all you have done to make the experience a pleasure.
